Assessing Valuation of a NASDAQ Company
The CFO of a mid-sized company based in Chicago approached us to assess an investment opportunity in a NASDAQ-listed mining company.
Perceptive developed an Excel-based financial model that captured historical financial data and projected revenue and cash flow from the proposed investment. We prepared a dashboard with key investment metrics and scenario analyses, allowing the client to analyze and predict stock performance.
Our financial model equipped the client with a holistic view of the current business situation and a macroeconomic perspective. The CFO was able to make calculated decisions about the prospective investment.
