At the same time, we give you the support you need to succeed. New recruits go through a mandatory 30-day onboarding period. During this time we upgrade your Excel skills, train you in the R Project and Tableau software. Just as importantly, we build your consulting soft skills, giving you a process and techniques for delivering outstanding results.
The learning doesn’t stop at onboarding. Every team member sets quarterly training goals and works weekly to meet their objectives. Each Friday we have an informal session to demonstrate what we’ve learned on-the-job.
